We would like to commend your wonderful team at Hookers in Ulladulla. We have used your team for 5 years in a row now but this year we did it a little differently. We come across from New Zealand to see my elderly Mum who lives locally, and we usually just book through the website. This year my mum wanted to pay the accommodation for us and as she is quite elderly (nearly 98) she doesn't have internet banking, so had to do it face to face through the office. I found the property we were wanting to rent, emailed the office and explained that mum would come in to pay, and they made the reservation, contacted mum on when to pay the deposit and kept me in the loop by email. The same process happened when it was time to pay the final amount. It meant mum needed to go from Milton in to Ulladulla on the bus. The team in the office were absolutely wonderful to her and didn't make her feel that she was being a nuisance, and nothing was too much trouble to them. It also made a difference for us with the fluctuating exchange rate and the process for returning the deposit internationally which means we actually lose money on the deal. We also had a wonderful reception from the team when we dropped paperwork into the office. You have a great team there! See you next year!


I have been coming to Dolphin Point with family for many years and the booking process has always been a breeze. Natalie and Gail have a great balance between friendliness and professionalism. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them and their happy happy attitude helps me ensure I start holidays in a great mood. Well done ladies.


This was our first experience with booking a stayz house and dealing with Natalie from the first interaction was a pleasure. She was polite, extremely and efficient. The house was all that we expected and more. On return of the keys I was told security deposit would be put into my account, I didn't ask how long it would take and when I rang the following week to find out what the delay was I was told that it would have missed that weeks cut off date but would be in the bank the following Wednesday and it was. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Natalie and briefly with Gail. Most professional & friendly
